About Me

When we found out that our son was autistic, we were devastated about the possibility of losing communication with him. Sure enough, over the coming months his speech slowly faded away, and we were left wondering how to relay messages. Fortunately, we took our son to a great therapist in the area who taught us to work with him through art. He started painting little pictures, and it was a great way to work with him. It was amazing to see how much of a difference art made in his progress. My blog is all about art, and why you shouldn't discount its power in your life.
